Issue 3 delves further into the city and some key inhabitants of Nexus. Most specifically, their leader, Commander Warren Perry. While the city is thriving as the last known human outpost, the current technology can only take them so far and Perry believes Amir may be one of the very few people with the ability make real change. Is Amir the key piece to taking the civilization to new heights? Or just another lost soul seeking refuge? As he comes to terms with his willingness to show his ability he is introduced to the rest of Commander Perry’s family and given an opportunity to see that he would not be the only person in this city with unusual powers.
